Do you have good communication with your colleagues and supervisors? Do you feel satisfied and fulfilled in your professional life? These were the same questions we asked ourselves about our own employees when, last year, we decided to conduct an employee satisfaction survey in cooperation with the MojPosao portal. That is how we took part in the selection for the Best Employer award, and in the small business category we achieved an impressive 10th place. Most importantly, however, we received valuable feedback from our employees.

2022 was an exceptionally successful year for us

Last year, we celebrated seven years in our modern facility at Nova cesta 3, as many as seven of our experts received the Najdoktor title, and by the end of the year we also learned that we were among the TOP 10 best small companies in Croatia. The MojPosao portal awards the Best Employer recognition to companies that achieve the highest scores in the Employee Satisfaction Survey. This is an anonymous survey in which participating companies voluntarily register, while employee satisfaction is rated by their staff.

The survey is conducted with the aim of identifying which companies are the best places to work in Croatia. This year, 67 companies took part, and 6,700 employees submitted their responses. Our dental medicine center ranked highly—in 10th place among small companies. We are deeply touched by the honesty and positive feedback of our employees and proud of the professionals in our center, who put a smile on patients’ faces every day and care for their health.

All of our experts are part of a family tradition that has lasted for more than 30 years and was started by Maja Jagodić Štimac, DMD. With more than 35 years of professional experience, she has become one of the most experienced diagnostic dentists in Croatia, giving her patients full confidence in the successful outcome of treatment at our center—and ultimately in a beautiful new smile.

For seven consecutive years, she has been ranked among the best dentists in Croatia according to patient choice, and in 2018 she was also among the top two finalists in the Entrepreneur of the Year selection and received recognition as a finalist for Inspirational Female Entrepreneur of the Year. Together with her, the tradition has been continued by her closest family members—her son Filip Štimac, DMD, Specialist in Oral Surgery, and her daughter Elena Štimac Vukojević, DMD, Specialist in Prosthodontics and an expert in aesthetic treatments at our center.

Our team of experts covers all branches of dental medicine: general dentistry, prosthodontics, surgery, implantology, periodontology, aesthetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and endodontics. In these more than thirty years of work, we are proud to say that we have enhanced the smiles of as many as 30,000 patients, and that we have received numerous awards related to the quality of both our center and our experts.
