WHAT ARE SUBPERIOSTEAL IMPLANTS?
If you have previously been told that dentures are your only option and that you are not a candidate for dental implants, this solution may be ideal for you. These are fully customised implants designed for people who do not have sufficient bone volume and quality for conventional implants or the well-known All-on-4 solution.
Although this is one of the oldest concepts for replacing missing teeth, it has undergone a true revolution with the introduction of CAD-CAM technology into dentistry. This innovative approach – the Zero Bone Implant Concept – makes it possible to provide new fixed teeth, including a 12-tooth dental bridge, even in cases of severe jawbone loss.
Show more Show lessSubperiosteal implants consist of a fully biocompatible titanium framework that fits onto the bone in a completely different way from conventional implants. The titanium framework used for subperiosteal implants (Zero Bone Implant Concept) is designed using CAD-CAM technology and specialised software based on the patient's CT scan.
Each Zero Bone Implant framework is individually designed for each patient, enabling a more precise and faster adaptation. The entire framework is fixed to the patient's bone, creating a stable structure onto which a multi-unit dental bridge can be attached when only several teeth are missing, or a fixed 12-tooth bridge in the case of a completely edentulous jaw.

Special offer for subperiosteal implants – Zero Bone Implant Concept

WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR SUBPERIOSTEAL IMPLANTS – THE ZERO BONE IMPLANT CONCEPT?
The Zero Bone Implant Concept is an ideal solution for people with completely edentulous jaws, those struggling with uncomfortable removable dentures, people who have lost all or several of their teeth over the years, and patients whose remaining teeth are in such poor condition that extraction is the only option, but who do not have sufficient bone volume for conventional implants or the well-known All-on-4 solution.
Using modern treatment methods, this concept makes it possible for people whose jawbone lacks sufficient quality or volume – and where this cannot be adequately corrected with bone augmentation- to receive fixed teeth.
It is important to note that the Zero Bone Implant Concept is one of the oldest methods of tooth replacement, but it underwent a revolution with the introduction of CAD-CAM technology into dentistry. The method has already demonstrated its success in patients who previously could only be offered removable dentures.
The Zero Bone Implant Concept is fully customised and provides a fixed solution for people who have lost their natural teeth and have insufficient bone quality and volume.
