How long does the All-on-4 process take and what are the stages?

The entire process, from start to finish, is designed to be fast and efficient. It is divided into several stages:

• In the first stage, during just one visit, four implants are placed and a temporary fixed dental bridge is made immediately. This means that within 24 to 72 hours, the patient goes home with a new smile. 
• The second stage is the healing period, during which the bone integrates with the implants. The patient returns to Štimac Center after three to four months. In rare cases, the osseointegration period may take five to six months.
• The third stage involves the fabrication of the final fixed dental bridge, which can be completed within one week. 

This means that patients can go from complete tooth loss to a permanent fixed solution in approximately four to five months, while not spending a single day without fixed teeth during that period.

What is the price of the All-on-4 method?

At our dental center, the price of the All-on-4 method ranges from €6,750 to €9,700 per jaw, depending on the complexity of the case and the materials used for the final fixed bridge. Since every dental case is different, patients receive an exact treatment plan and cost estimate only after a detailed clinical examination.

What warranty is provided for All-on-4 restorations?

Although many providers state that implants come with a lifetime warranty, it is important to clarify what that actually means. Specifically, this is a warranty given by implant manufacturers to dentists against implant fracture. However, no warranty can be given on how your bone and surrounding tissues will respond to the implant. This depends largely on the patient’s oral hygiene and systemic health conditions, so biological structures are not something anyone can guarantee.

On the other hand, our dental center provides a three-year warranty on the prosthetic construction used in the All-on-4 method. Any chipping of ceramic or acrylic parts of the prosthetic work is also covered by a three-year warranty. It is important to note that regular check-ups are a key condition of the warranty. An annual dental check-up is mandatory for all patients so that any changes in the jawbone can be detected and treated in time.

The final bridge is made from premium composite-acrylic, ceramic, or zirconia materials, ensuring a natural appearance, strength, and durability. These materials closely mimic natural teeth and provide excellent smile aesthetics.

Temporary bridges are made of acrylic, a lightweight type of polymer that is ideal during the implant healing phase.
